Come to Topanga Canyon and enjoy this Garden level Studio Room with his own private entrance, FP, Bathroom and a small area for cooking (few "Chefs cook" stayed here made amazing plats:). A great escape from the rigors of city life, yet close enough for an easy commute to most of LA. The space Pictures say all:) The Garden Studio is one room with its own private entrance double french doors facing the garden, FP, seating area, bedding area, private bathroom, little area set to cook (2 electric burners, mini fridge, coffee machine, rice cook, toaster, etc, Sink only in the bathroom) Outdoor shower, sounds of nature all around. This is not your typical rental unit. The sun is in the morning time, lighting and FP make it extremely cosy and beautiful to stay in, any time of the day, very romantic. Walking distance to Red Rock Canyon Park and other nearby trails Wireless access . Some cell phones company have limited reception here (Sprint, Mobile, MetroPCS...), but full wireless coverage and microcell available. So we CAN get you the reception most of the time. Depending on the provider, Verizon, AT&T best. You can also get a reception Landline available for additional fee. Wi Fi on the propriety. We are only 2 miles to the center of Topanga. Less than 10' to the Pacific Ocean, Calabasas. 20' to Santa Monica and Venice. 30' to the Studio, etc Things to Do in Topanga and Surrounding Areas HIKING: Multiple trails with varying difficulties nearby. Some hidden gems. Red Rock Park, Backbone Trail, Tuna Canyon Park, Summit to Summit Trail, etc RESTAURANTS: Inn of the Seventh Ray: very well know for their romantic outdoor dining on the creek side, organic menu, little pricey and a much affordable and wort it special fantastic brunch on Sunday. Froggy's Fish Market: Great huge outdoor deck with divers area as pool table, bars, table seating. Divers ambiance indoor, as a large indoor fireplace cosy seating area. Occasional live music. Canyon Bistro: French. Outdoor patio. Really good, fare price. Occasional jazz live music. Rocco's In the Canyon: Italian.Pizza. Sitting/delivery. The Neighborhood Everything, it's like Heaven. The proximity of so much and the blessing of being in the country as well as having the city and the beach few miles away. Topanga is amazing place. Check it out on website, Wikipedia, etc. Getting Around You need a car, rental available down the hill, Uber or Cab. For additional fees. Other Things to Note Any event needs to be previously discussed with the Host and agree by writing, as well for Guests from Guests staying in the listing. For up to a month booking or more, gas price is on the Guest charge for the re-fill tank (Mostly because some Guests like very high temperature, all day/night, others likes to leave windows open with the heater on maximum, even if nobody home. You're more then welcome to do it, your charge on long period:) Guest access Sharing Garden with outdoor shower. Only Guests registered allow in the propriety (Airbnb Guests!) unless written accord from the owner (essentielly pandemic requirement). Other things to note No CAT, sorry! The gas propane serving only the FP is at charge of the Guest passed $200. After Month to month the the gas tank is on the Guest charge. Very reasonable consummation considering that it is only for the FP (hot water, cooking and central heater is on the house:) so its minimal. No portable electric heater is allowed, it is why the gas is on your own consummation, with your own gas tank. The place is heated by the main house central heating and if not enough for the personal needs of the Guest, the FP, decorative one, still warm up the room too.
