Exclusive Adobe Hacienda: A Family Farm Experience

As seen on Discovery+ "In With The Old", a four generation family built adobe hacienda offers privacy, comfort, peace & security. The home is located on 2.4 acres with over 20 different kinds of fruit & nut trees, plus a stunning view! Walking distance from the world renowned Zion Canyon Hot Springs, River Rock Roasting Company, the Virgin River, & Confluence Park. Conveniently located near National, State & local Parks, sand dunes, lakes, nature reserves, historical landmarks & so much more. The space It is spacious and open at 1,250 square feet. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Privacy, peace, and quiet. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also offer a mini-course orientation of local historical sites, geology, or wildlife upon request. Guest access You will be using the North Wing of our hacienda. You will have access to the 2.4 acre property. When available (seasonally), you are welcome to enjoy farm fresh organic fruits, nuts, and veggies grown on the farm. Other things to note Please note our welcome message for some useful information about your stay. We also have a guidebook in the home that I compiled. We value all of our guests, and we want to make sure your stay with us is hassle free. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you leave your pet in the home while you go exploring, we ask that your pets are kenneled or put in the side hallway to avoid damage to the home and furniture, but please do what is best for your little furry family member(s), they are more important. We are getting some damage on the leather couch, we ask that you please put a blanket down if you have your doggy on the furniture. There are some extra linens in the master bedroom closet on the right. If you need extras, send us a message and we can deliver it to the front door. If you smoke, please don't litter. There is a cigarette receptacle on the side of the front porch. If something is broken or damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can replace/fix it. It helps make things a little easier for us to prepare for our next guests. We we abide by Airbnb and the CDC's recommendedations for cleaning.
