Primrose Hall is a beautifully renovated, Grade 2 listed stone barn conversion. It is ideally situated in the Rutland village of Empingham, within walking distance of Rutland Water’s North Shore. Empingham nestles in the Gwash Valley, equidistant from the charming Georgian town of Stamford, and Rutland’s county town, Oakham. The village has a shop, pub, medical centre, and an antique shop just 250m away. The local area also benefits from many other very good pubs, restaurants and cafes. The space The cottage has 2 good-sized bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 people, and a spacious, open plan ground floor, which now also features a newly installed log burner. Fully equipped for modern living, it retains many of its original features and character. We welcome all guests, including singles, couples, families and friends. We are also dog friendly. Check in is contactless, using a key safe at the property, avoiding personal interaction if that is what you would prefer. An enhanced cleaning regime is also now in operation. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the whole cottage. Other things to note A strict non smoking policy is in operation throughout the entire property.
