Rustic, bright, clean, old school cottage with a big yard & great fishing on Upper Beverly Lake near Delta On. Near Beverly Lake Park, Kingston, Brockville, Gananoque, Ottawa. It's great for couples, families, and furry friends (pets). Stairs to the water and a couple decks to enjoy. There are canoes, kayaks and motorboats for rent. Note: These are housekeeping cottages, so you need to bring all sheets, towels, toilet paper etc. and you are expected to do a light cleaning before you leave. The space Built in the 60's this is a basic old school rustic cabin. We've been renting to fisherman since 1976, mostly from the Allentown P.A. area. 3 Bedroom, 2 Queen and two singles. Ideal for a couple adults and a couple kids. 4 Adults is ok, 6 adults is tight Portable A.C. limited wifi. 6mbps shared between two cabins. There is a large yard great for Frisbee and badminton, there's a fire pit a couple of Lakeside decks and a dock all of this shared between two cottages. Please read the entire listing before emailing questions. Guest access There are two cottages and a log home on the property. The fire pit, the dock and decks are shared. The parking is behind the cottages, please park there, not next to the cottages. There is weedy swimming off the dock for the brave. There is good swimming with low rock's to jump off on the islands close by. There is a public beach at the park in town, 8 minutes away. There are two canoes and two kayaks for rent - first come first serve: (Bring your own properly fitting lifejackets.) They rent for $10/Day $40/Week per boat. There are also 15HP & 20HP 16ft fishing boats for rent as well. You must have your boating license. Other things to note We give all our guests a 5 star review, and expect the same in return. If you don't plan on leaving us a five star review, call us and give us a chance to make it right. We'll do the same. Sadly, we had to install video surveillance outside the cottage as we've had a number of wintertime thefts. TAP WATER - It's safe to drink and very tasty. Please don't bring bottled water, it generates a lot of wast and is really just not a good idea. Google it, you might be surprised.
