There are a high quality Queen bed and an extra sofa bed twin size in the living room. 15 minutes walking to BMO field and Budweiser Stage. 5 minutes walking to the lake. 1 minute walking to the grocery store and public transportation. Other things to note For the stay of 2 guests, if you require to use an extra bed (the sofa bed setup), please inform me in advance. There is the extra fee of $35 per stay for using the extra bed as I need to pay extra to the cleaner to spend more times to setup and put back the sofa bed for you and also more loads to wash. For Hygiene reason, we won’t leave the linen sets for the extra bed in the unit. So please informed me so I can have them all setup on the sofa bed for you.
