Cottage with beautiful Attersee views

Our guesthouse has a magnificent view of Lake Attersee and the mountains, it is part of our agricultural estate with cattle and horse breeding. Lake Attersee is one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria and offers a wide range of culture, sports and leisure activities in summer as well as in winter. Ideal starting point for excursions. Salzburg, Hallstatt, Linz, Bad Ischl, Gmunden, Traunsee, Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Dachstein and much more can be reached within an hour. The space Our guesthouse, the "Alte Stöckl", was traditionally inhabited as an exit from the old farmers. It has been completely renovated in the previous year. Our guests expect on the 1st floor: * 2 bedrooms, each with double bed and balcony access * Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine In both rooms there is the possibility to set up a crib or crib. This "room combination" is therefore ideal for families. On the ground floor: * living room with a large dining table, sofa bed, TV * fully equipped kitchen with dining area The covered arbor in front of the house asks for protection from heat and rain. There is also a large dining table here. Our guesthouse is heated throughout. Guest access The guesthouse has its own access from the street. In the house all rooms are freely accessible, the bedrooms on the 1st floor can be locked extra. We welcome you to feel at home in our guest house. Other things to note We are a family who are enthusiastic about horses and offer classes on different topics for adults and children at the farm. If you are interested, please feel free to contact me in time! If you don't have anything to do with horses - don't worry!!! The guest house is accessible from the street and unless you occasionally see our horses at the riding arena or on the pasture, you will not come into contact with them.
