Comfortable apartment close to the town & forest

Apartment on fifth floor, close to forest and hospital, public transport is about 50m from house. Apartment is split into the two rooms with bathroom and entrance space. Living room is including bar and small kitchen corner area. Complete apartment is after reconstruction with a new equipment . Flat is a very quiet... The space because I think I'm a traveler I can guess which things can be exceptional in this area TOWN Activities & Relax: • Swimming pool Ceska Lipa (10AM till 21:30 daily) incl. jacuzzi and a lot of others attractions • Sauna ( same building like pool) • Inline & cycling - there are 3 biking and inline trails connected to town - Ziznikov (1km from house), Pisecna ( 100m from house), Varhany ( 4km ) • Tennis & Run - If you would like book indoor/outdour court: sportcl.cz, there are located also modern athletic stadium for public usage Dining: BREAKY: TIP! Cafe Union ( cheap and high quality); Cafe reunion like 2nd option LUNCH: bistro u reznika- fine dinning hidden in side DINNER: Moravanka ( TGM Square) VINE: Zamecka vinoteka ( closing @6PM) BEER: TIP! Lipak brewery located in Gardens SWEET: Cafe Split or Cokoladovna Ceska Lipa ( 2mins from square - Zizkova street) crazy place :) STREET FOOD - Alex kebab, best kebab in CZ, prepared directly by owner, located on small house on parking place and 2nd one in city If you would like order something to apartment: you can take PIZZA Lipa ( 10AM-9:30PM) There are a lot of another places for dinning.
