This condo is located on the 52nd floor overlooking the Bellagio fountains and has a view all the way down to the Strat. The condo accommodates a maximum of 4 guests with a king bed and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. Easy walking access to Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria. Close access to TMobile Arena, Park Theatre, Crystals Shopping, and City Center Tram. The space The Vdara Hotel and Spa located in the heart of City Center on the Las Vegas Strip is a non gaming, non smoking condo hotel. Our unit is a deluxe studio on the 52nd floor with gorgeous views overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. It will accommodate a maximum of 4 guests with a King bed and a full size pull out sofa sleeper. It has one full bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.. The kitchenette has a two burner cook top, mini refrigerator (no freezer), microwave, and kitchen table. There is a room divider from the king bed and living room area and each area has a separate flat screen television on each side. All cooking utensils and plates/bowls/cups can be requested from housekeeping complimentary. There isn't daily housekeeping included, however it can be requested for an additional cost a day with the front desk. You can ask the housekeeping staff for fresh towels each day and switch out the dirty towels with no charge. There is complimentary valet parking and no resort fees! Rates are subject to change until booking is finalized. PLEASE NOTE: There are absolutely no exceptions on our cancellation policy. There is no burning of candles or incense in the unit at anytime. Any unauthorized late check out past 11am will result in $150 fee.
