Large wraparound porch allows room for relaxing, rocking, dining and hammocking :-). Firepit and large lawn allow for relaxing fun. Walk to Roscoe Village or drive in just 2 minutes. The space 1.5 acres the large yard is surrounded on 3 sides by woods Large wraparound porch 3 bedrooms 1-Master with King and ensuite bathroom, large walk in shower with 2 shower heads and private walkout to porch. 2-Queen in and room 3- 2 twins in 3rd room Another bathroom with tub and shower Fully stocked kitchen Dining area Living area The basement is unfinished and locked off and is used to store supplies. Guest access Entire property except basement and detached garage. Other things to note - 2 dog max- $30 per nite per dog. Must prepay and get pre approval. - no dogs on bedding or furniture. -Must walk up 20 stairs to access house. We store supplies in basement and lawn equipment in detached garage so you may see see caretaker and maintenance sometimes. -No smoking inside property -No parties or large gatherings
