You will access the rooms by a stone staircase, upstairs you will find 2 bathrooms and a toilet. One bedroom for a couple, private bathroom communicating in the bedroom, TV. Second bedroom equipped with a double bed for a couple, a wardrobe, a private bathroom on the landing. Games/toys. Ideal for families The space The kitchen will be available with dishes, and all the equipment for your stay. Dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, ice maker, work table and large dining room table, TV, internet, washing machine. In summer the house is very cool without air conditioning and in winter well heated thanks to a stove. And on the shaded terrace under the natural vine trellis, a dining table for 6 people and a plancha for your grills. What makes our accommodation unique is its garden side, a "guinguette" space with a private bar. Grandma's (private) sewing workshop is hidden upstairs Ideal for families, many games and toys for our little children. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, large main room on the ground floor, kitchen, living room, dining table and upstairs, toilets, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. Outdoor shaded terrace with table and chairs, bench. The relaxation area a few meters from the house with a nice corner of the garden. The village of Claret is a 5-minute walk away, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, Saturday morning market, art glassware, bar/restaurant, creperie and pretty alleys to explore. Other things to note The accommodation is nice, quite spacious and the environment, the neighborhood very friendly and discreet.
