You want to relax in a quiet and countryside environment. You are there.. You will reside in a 1746 character house, in the heart of a hamlet surrounded by vineyards. You will access the bedrooms by a stone staircase, upstairs you will find 2 bathrooms and a toilet. A bedroom for a couple , private bathroom communicating in the bedroom, TV. second bedroom equipped with a double bed for a couple, a wardrobe, a private bathroom on the landing. Games/Toys. Ideal family The space The kitchen will be available with dishes, and all the equipment for your stay. Dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, ice maker, work table and large dining room table, TV, internet, washing machine. In summer the house is very cool without air conditioning and in winter well heated thanks to a stove. And on the shaded terrace under the natural vine trellis, a dining table for 6 people and a plancha for your grilled dishes. What makes our home unique is its garden side, a "guinguette" space with private bar. Mamie Coud's (private) sewing workshop is hidden upstairs Ideal for the family, lots of games and toys for our grandchildren. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, large main room on the ground floor, kitchen, living room, dining table and upstairs, sanitary facilities, 2 bathrooms and 2 spacious bedrooms. Shaded outdoor terrace with table and chairs , bench. The relaxation area a few meters from the house with a nice garden area. The village of Claret is a 5 minute walk, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, Saturday morning market, Art glass shop, bar/restaurant, creperie and pretty alleys to walk. Other things to note The accommodation is nice, quite spacious and the environment, the neighborhood very friendly and discreet. Our room on the ground floor, will remain closed and not accessible because it is private. Our trust is shared with yours so that everything goes smoothly for you and us.
