Xenith-Veluwe - holiday between nature and culture First of all, thank you very much for your reservation and welcome to our apartment! We, Hermien and Wim, are available for all the questions you have and hope that you can go home rested and with a lot of energy. All practical information about the apartment, as well as information about the area can all be found in this folder. If you miss or want to know anything, feel free to ask us. We are looking forward to your arrival. The space Luxury apartment with private entrance in quiet surroundings close to cycling and walking routes. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, living room and very luxurious bathroom with laundry and drying facilities. Very suitable to discover the beauty of Park Hoge Veluwe during a short vacation while cycling or visiting Radio Kootwijk. Within 10 minutes in the center of Apeldoorn, Paleis het Loo, Berg & Bos, Apenheul or Julianatoren and you can relax afterwards in your own garden. You can park at our parking lot at home. (Of course, free of charge) Optional you can rent bicycles (5.00 euro per bike, per day) Optionally, you can charge an electric car (10.00 euro per night) The apartment is composed by: Bedroom with double bed, height adjustable size 160x200 Kitchen with combination microwave and separate oven Spacious living room with sitting and dining area and sofa bed size 160x200 Luxurious bathroom with double bath furniture, double jacuzzi and walk-in shower with downpour. Energy in the home is largely generated via solar panels. The kitchen has free coffee and tea facilities and the possibility to use a Nespresso machine. (Cups not included, possibly for sale). Guest access The apartment has a private entrance with free parking on the premises and use of a private courtyard garden with seating options. (Your garden has little to no view from neighbors, so a lot of privacy). Other things to note Pets are prohibited. We are in favor of non-smoking areas and therefore smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
