Voitsberg & Köflach: 15 min, to the "Lipizzaner stud farm Piber" 10, 12 to the "thermal bath Nova", 7 to the castle & castle-bath Alt-Kainach. 9 to Bärnbach, which is well-known for the "Hundertwasser church" and as centre of glass art. Golfers: 18min to 18-hole golf course in Maria Lankowitz. Provincial capital Graz: 1 hour. Small skiing areas about 1 hour. The space Entrance area: Ground floor: kitchen (20 m²) including 2 electric-cookers with oven, 3 fridge-freezers, 1 deep freezer, Nirosta storage furniture, a dish washing room (11 m²). Sitting accommodations: in the former guest room (45 m²) for approximately 20 people, equipped with a bar and a masonry heater and in the separate room (31 m²) likewise for 24 people. In the guest room there is a flat-screen TV and WLAN. I. floor: A wooden staircase leads up to the rooms. There are 6 double rooms (17 m², 19 m², 11 m², 28 m², 16 m², 16 m², 12 m²) with double beds, each 180 x 200 cm, including shower cabinet and WC, 1 single bed room (11 m²), a playroom (11 m²) and a separate room (7 m²). Some of the double bed rooms have a flat-screen TV as well. In case you would like to, you could also rent the whole building including the 2 flats on the second floor and an extra room, altogether another 134 m². Guest access Access for guests During your stay, you can use the self-catering accommodation on the ground floor and first floor - for bookings of at least 13 people, otherwise depending on the number of people, with a minimum of 8 people: 4 double rooms - the car parks to the side and opposite, the outdoor area, the large garden under the house. The building has additional toilet facilities, the boiler room, the laundry room and 2 storage rooms in the basement. Terrace with seating, if the hall is needed, it must be booked separately! Second floor: To be booked separately if you want to have the entire building to yourself. The flats are 74 m² and 44 m² in size. The room has 16 m². The flats are available for a further 8 people, have recently been refurbished and equipped with a modern, state-of-the-art kitchen. The flat bedrooms each have a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room can also accommodate 2 people. Other things to note Particularly suitable for groups, associations, clubs and big families who would like to spend their holidays together. Highly recommendable for cylists, hikers, bikers, thermal bath visitors, golfers, equestrians, artists, sightseeings. Upon request for bigger groups a beer barrel of 20 litres can be provided for a fee. Obligatory costs: € 2,50 overnight stay fee per person per night to be paid cash, not included in the price. € 100 is included in the deposit. In case you should lose the keys, the deposit won't be returned!
