Enquire before booking if you would like to bring a pet. Lounge/ Diner , Double bedroom , 2nd bedroom with small double bed and Z bed if required. Kitchen-dishwasher, oven , hob. fridge, freezer, washer. Undercover seating area, small back yard. The space Lovely house , ideally situated to enjoy Scarborough. Only a 16 minute walk down Scarborough high street to the seafront and 4 minutes walk to the railway station and bus. FREE Parking. Please enquire before requesting to book if you would like to bring your pet, The through lounge has comfortable seating for 5 , brand new very comfortable sofa and a SMART tv and fibre wifi. It also has a nice dining area again to seat 5. There is a high chair and a cot available. The newly installed kitchen is compact and well equipped. It has a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc. There is also a washing machine and a freezer in the undercover area adjoining the kitchen. This also houses a table and a couple of chairs. There is a small back yard. Upstairs on the 1st floor are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom is very pink!! It has a mirrored wardrobe and ample storage. There is a double bed and a very comfy EMMA mattress with bamboo, anti- allergy, antibacterial mattress cover. Top of the range pillows are provided for your comfort. The second bedroom has a small double bed ( 4 foot) with a very comfy EVE mattress. There's a fold down bed for the 5th guest if needed. The house has a nice modern bathroom with L shaped bath and shower over. Please note bath and beach towels are not provided. If the official check in time isn't suitable for you, we will do our very best to help. We aim to do whatever we do to ensure you have a lovely holiday. Number 53 is an ideal base to have a great holiday in Scarborough. Guest access You have access to the whole house. There is a key safe and the code will be sent to you before your holiday. Other things to note Please note the house is not suitable for parties. Free parking passes are available for parking on our street and neighbouring streets. These are indicated on the map provided when you arrive.
