Ideal for nature lovers and someone who aims for quiet and relaxing holidays.House is located in the middle of Istrian peninsula therefore ideal to explore the inland (truffle region is 15 km away or main wine producers just near by) Marked bike routes are all around the area as well as the hiking paths through the vast nature.Warm in the winter and cool in the summer The space the house is very cool inside,you will not need an air conditioner ,thick stone walls of 60 cm will protect you from heat after a hot summer day and they will keep the warmth in the winter. Also very warm in the winter with floor heating all around and a proper fireplace and 2 powerful air conditioners.Real winter retreat for a short breaks or long stays if you are lucky enough to work remotely. Sofa bed size when used as bed is 195x130,therefore it can be suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult comfortably. Other things to note hot tub is open and fully functioned all year round,put on a bath robe and pop in it ,the winters in Istria are quite mild ,make a most of it. The village is very quiet and everybody respects other people's privacy therefore is not suitable for party lovers.
