Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden. The space This monument was built in 1914 and is rebuild into a beautiful property which can accommodate 20 people. Big livingroom (the facade gives entrance to the terrace) tv, stereo en several board games, separate dining room, kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, two big fridges en freezer. The freezer is located in the Barn. In total 9 rooms: 4 double-rooms with small private bathroom (shower & washbasin, no toilet in the room there are 2 shared toilets). 1 double room with private bathroom (toilet, shower and washbasin) 3 double rooms with shared bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, bath) 1 four-person room with small private bathroom (shower & washbasin) Big garden (3000 m2), jeu de boules, bbq, terrace and furniture. Big "barn", tennis table, football table and darts. The barn is not heated. We believe the privacy of our guests is very important. Therefor we are at the villa to welcome you and to say goodbye when you leave. The rest of the time villa issum and big garden is yours. But offcourse when you have questions we are always available. Other things to note Our holiday home has neighbors, so music boxes, karaoke sets or microphones are not allowed outside or in the Barn. in connection with agreements with the neighborhood, the noise level outside after 10 p.m. should be limited. The barn is not heatet. Checkout Monday till Friday 10.00 hours - Checkout on Sunday till 18 hours. 5 bedrooms have a bathroom with shower and sink. Toilet is in the hallway. 1 bedroom has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 3 bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower, bath, sink, toilet and urinal.
