Located on the 2nd floor,this 55m² apartment,very bright , refurbished in 2016, is located in a small private building. The tenants can take advantage of the green spaces,barbecue , garden furniture to fully enjoy their stay. Located about twenty minutes' walk from the waterfront,you can do everything on foot/the Berck beach and Berck Ville markets are very close. A parking space will be reserved for you at the property. Your four-legged companions are welcome. The space Our accommodation is very bright and enjoys a pleasant living space, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped This apartment has been decorated by chasing furniture and combining it with a modern twist You will be able to enjoy free wifi, and the common green spaces a parking space will be reserved for you A laundry with washing machine and dryer is also at your disposal but to be shared with the other tenants A high chair as well as a baby bed and a cane stroller can be made available to you free of charge please note that bed linen, linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost sheets: 30€ sheets, linens and towels:45€ you can take yours if you wish, in this case I will give you the dimensions of the beds blankets , duvets and pillows are of course provided!
