Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), this 55 m² apartment, very bright, is located in a small private building. Tenants can enjoy shared green spaces, barbecue, garden furniture to fully enjoy their stay. Located about twenty minutes walk from the waterfront, you can do everything on foot/the markets of Berck beach and Berck city are very close. You can bring yours (I will give you the dimensions of the beds, duvets and pillows) or we can make them available to you for an extra charge - Cleaning is not included, it will be done upon checkout. However, you can delegate it to us as a paid option if you wish - For people with pets, it is not allowed to leave them alone in the apartment or to wander around outside the droppings must be picked up by the owners so that we can always welcome them! - For your information, we make a video of each preparation before your arrival.
