The home is located within walking distance to Seacliff Beach. It is an easy drive to Capitola and Santa Cruz. House is located in a quiet residential district and there is plenty of off street parking. The main area of the house consists of the living room, dining area, kitchen, bath, 2 bedrooms and the laundry room. There is an attached granny unit where 2 traveling nurses live. This unit has its own private entrance. There is an inner courtyard which just the main unit has access to The space This is a very comfortable home with a wood burning fireplace. It has a lovely courtyard. The house has plenty of boardgames. It is not on the beach but Seacliff Beach is within walking distance. Seacliff Beach is great for family get togethers for they have eating shelters with picnic tables, benches and barbecue pits. There is parking and bathrooms at the beach. Guest access Guest have access to the main unit of the house. The laundry room is shared with the granny unit. There is a small enclosed courtyard and the main unit is the only one who has access to the courtyard. Other things to note A pet is allowed and there is a non-refundable charge of $50.00 There will be sheets and towels as well as kitchen towels are provided for use but best to bring your own beach towels. There are several beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
