Super well decorated one-story house with swimming pool, 2 decks, sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful garden. There are 4 bedrooms (2 en-suites) with air-conditioning, towels and sheets washed in the laundry. Wi-Fi available throughout the entire house! Spacious room with smart TV, Sky, air-conditioning and two tables, for meals and games, and both great for working. Kitchen with all the utensils. Check-in is simple and remote. The living room has 4 environments, cable TV, a games table, a separate dining room, lots of space and a neat decoration. The backyard has a garden, sun loungers, swimming pool, two large decks, a barbecue area - by the way, a Uruguayan parrilla - and a nice shower to take after the beach. The pool has an electric cover that opens and closes with a button - total safety for your children and pets! The front terrace overlooks the Atlantic Forest, with hammocks and a sofa for relaxing and contemplating. The kitchen has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, microwave, and absolutely every utensil for cooking and serving. The house has a washing machine, beer maker, bed sheets, towels, beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. Just arrive and relax. This house is well cared for in the details, because we, the owners, use it a lot and are very demanding. It's nothing like rental houses. You'll feel like you're being hosted by a friend in a delightful home. Other things to note The house has a remote-controlled alarm and remote gate opening (which makes check-in very simple, no need to pick up keys anywhere, just go straight to the house).
