The kitchen is small but mighty and is fully equipped for cooking at home (spices and cooking oil provided). -Queen Size medium firm bed w/ cotton bedding. -Cotton bath towels, washcloths provided -Free Hi-speed WiFi and a dining table doubles as a workspace. -Quiet time observed 10pm-9am. This is a full private apartment in a multi-unit apartment building. -Relax in the living room and enjoy the ROKu TV -Basement for bike storage & FREE laundry -designated Off street parking -No smoking, animals, candle or incense a $250 cleaning fee for violation. Guest access No keys needed. Digital door codes are provided for easy check in. Laundry room and detergent is located in the basement and can be accessed through a side door. Code is given as requested. Other things to note Noise: The house is on a corner lot. The neighbors are typically quiet but there is car noise and people who pass by during the day. During warm months- the city is buzzing with loud cars blasting loud music usually only in the daytime. If this will bother you heavily- I would check suburban locations for your stay. There are lots of dog walkers. Please be respectful and do not stomp or yell. This is an upstairs apartment. Your behavior directly effects the quality of stay for neighboring apartments. Please refrain from playing loud music. There is a diffuser in the living room for your enjoyment. Cooling: The apartment has window AC units in the living room and bedroom in the summer with a ceiling fan in both. For heat: Please set at 60 degrees upon leaving. Thermostat is located in the bedroom. Water: For your convenience, there is a Brita filter attached to the sink faucet. Please do not run hot water through the filter. Cooking: There is no exhaust fan above the stove so please use it for LIGHT COOKING ONLY and avoid frying greasy foods or strongly scents food such as fish or heavy spices (I love them but the next guest may not.)
