Located in Palermo, very close to walks and shopping and overlooking Plaza Unidad Latinoamericana. You will have everything you need for your stay. 2 bedrooms, balcony in the master bedroom, full bathroom and second reception bathroom, full kitchen with dishwasher oven and everything you need to cook, living room with cable TV, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, Other things to note House's rules •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and in the entire building. If you smoke you must do it outside the building. •Pets are not allowed •Only guests registered in the reservation can stay in the apartment (no guests are allowed) • Remember that you should not leave the keys on the inside of the apartment as you will not be able to open it from the outside. . If you leave the bed and bath linen stained, an additional charge of 50 US dollars will be applied. In case of leaving it and having to call a locksmith to open the door, the expense will be borne by the guest •No parties or events are allowed. •Arrival time is from 2:00 p.m. •The departure time is at 10 a.m. •When it is possible to make an early entry (before 2 PM) or a late departure (after 10 AM) (sometimes the calendar does not allow it) •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested. Also the flight number and arrival time. •No smoking in the apartment, on the balcony and throughout the building.
