Quiet spacious attic room. Central in the Netherlands.

I live on the edge of Culemborg, near the Lek in the Betuwe. The place is quiet and green. I have a spacious attic room available for you. There is a work desk with very fast internet if you want to work. Public transportation is limited. Parking space is plentiful. It is wonderful cycling and walking in the river area around Culemborg. One bike is (usually) available for groceries. The space The attic room is large and spacious, the bed is lovely and the surroundings are peaceful. So you will have a good nights sleep. There is a small table with two chairs, you can make a cup of tea and enough space for two people to spend some time. There is a blackout curtain for the large pivot window overlooking Culemborg. There is a fan for when it is hot. The room is very hot for tropical days (fan is available). Guest access Guests have access to my bathroom with toilet, the kitchen and if the weather is nice, the garden. (When I am not there with my own guests). Note! The bathroom has a frosted glass wall. You can't see through that, but some guests find that a little less enjoyable. During your stay I will welcome you when you arrive. You will receive a key and can go about your business completely independently. During the day I am in my office and in the evening I am often away or in the living room. Bring your own breakfast. Tea and instant coffee are provided. If I can't be there to welcome you, I'll notify you via the Airbnb app where you can find the key. Other things to note You can rent bicycles yourself at the NS station. One bicycle is available for shopping, etcetera. I do not want to have strong scented perfumes in the house as I am very sensitive to fragrance. Cleaning is done in my house with green soap, baking soda and vinegar, also in the bathroom perfume is used as little as possible. I hope you'll respect that. In the attic room is a spacious double bed. I prefer not to receive children unless agreed in advance.
