The charming town center with a tranquil pedestrian zone, various bakeries, pharmacies and supermarkets is also quickly reached and in the immediate vicinity of your home there is a traditional confectioner who still bakes his own rolls. Leisure activities such as the Grömitz golf course, the climbing park on Lensterstrand or the picturesque marina are just a few nice destinations near you. Welcome to the Baltic Sea vacation! Welcome to our charming apartment Sur la mer. There is enough space for a maximum of 5 people on about 86 m² over 2 floors. Through the main entrance, you can reach the entrance area of the Seeschwalbe apartment complex with only 7 residential units in just a few steps. Via a rustic wooden staircase you reach the 1st floor (right side) to your apartment. Upon entering, you are directly in the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and many windows. In the kitchen you have all the necessary kitchen appliances and there is plenty of space to cook extensively with the family. The living and dining area can be divided with a curtain into a small kitchen and a separate living room with a corner sofa (sleeping for 1 person, 135 x 200 cm), wardrobe, music system and flat-screen TV. A staircase leads up to the 2nd floor, where you will find another living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for 2 people, a TV, a stereo system and a small collection of books and games. On this floor there is also the separate bedroom with double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and a separate, brightly tiled shower room with washing machine. Another small staircase leads to the 3rd floor. There is a small children's playground under the pointed roof where the little ones can listen to cassettes, read books or just retreat. An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. The Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge. The basic equipment includes a children's travel bed and a children's high chair for the little guests. Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking property. Pets are also not allowed. The stated rental price is for 4 people. For each additional person, an additional fee per night will be charged. Guest access Note on guest access: in this part of the house there are two residential units that share the staircase. On the first floor is the Sur la Mer's eat-in kitchen on the right and another apartment on the left. On the second floor is the living room, bedroom and bathroom of Sur la Mer. Special note: The apartment could also be described as very "athletic" as there are many stairs. Other things to note We will gladly provide you with towels, sheets, bath mats and dish towels (€16 per package). In the high season (mid-June to the end of August), the minimum number of nights is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday. The basic price is for up to 4 people, each additional person (5 + 6) will be charged € 10.00. The visitor's tax to be paid must be paid to the manager when the keys are handed over. The manager charges a late check-in fee after 5 pm.
