Beach is 2/10 mile. 3 restaurants, Marina and pub, ice cream shop, and fresh Fish Mkt 150 yards away. 3 night minimum stay 2 bedrooms ( 1 w/ a full bed and 1 w/ a queen bed) upstairs with a full bathroom and a 2nd shower room between the 2 bedrms. Downstairs is one large living room/kitchen/dining area, and a 1/2 bath is under the stairs. There is a queen size sofa couch in the living area. The covered back porch is 32x8 and a great place to spend a rainy day watching the sound. Carpet is upstairs in the bedrooms, downstairs is linoleum. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water is behind the storage room at ground level. Covered parking is available under the house and additional parking is located beside steps leading up to the first floor. 5 beach access areas (all w/ free parking) less than 1 mile away. Up to 3 car spots are available with one being under the house out of the sun. Owner is available via text to answer any questions. The Crystal Coast/Cape Lookout area of NC is known for it's sandy beaches, wildlife, and relaxing pace. Mostly occupied by locals who live there full time. Nice quiet area on a dead end street. A very walkable neighborhood or bring your bikes. Bike rental store less than 1/4 mile away. The Big Oak Drive-In, Crab Shack restaurant, Ice cream shop, and Anchor Pizza within walking distance (100 yrds). Beaufort 15 miles away. Morehead City 10 miles, Emerald Isle 8 miles, Swansboro about 18 miles. There are 3-4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and 1 surf board available for use by guests. The sound is your swimming pool. We advise you wear water shoes in the sound. Each guest will be provided one bath towel and one washcloth for their stay. Please bring your own beach towels. Travel size soap bars provided in full bath. Each bed will have a set of sheets and pillows available for use. We do have a queen size sofa sleeper bed in the living area with sheets and pillows provided if needed.
