Spacious apartment w/fast internet and aurora

Quiet neighborhood 7 kms outside Lakselv village. Very sunny lot. Fantastic area for hiking and bicycling. Fast wireless internet connection. Parking by the house. EV charging available at no extra cost (up to 6.6 kW, depending on your car). The EV charger is shared with the house owner. The space The apartment is spacious and warm, with separate heat sources for all rooms. The bathroom is rather large and is fully equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, large mirror, dimmable lighting and of course a shower. Of course the floor is heated. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator with freezer, a small dining table and also a woodburning stove (used for heating on those really cold winter days when temperatures drop below -15°C). Please note that the kitchen has not yet been refurbished and carries quite a few scars and marks from previous users. However we can promise that it'll be spotlessly clean :) The living room has a heated floor, comfortable sofa, a rocking chair, a desk and a TV with Chromecast. From the living room and the kitchen there is a beautiful view of our garden and limited view of the fjord below. During summer there is daylight 24/7, and altough you can't see the sun as late as midnight from our lot (due to some hills), there is still sunlight until the late evening. A 30 minute walk to the top of the hill east of us will give you a beautiful view of the Porsanger fjord and the midnight sun. Please note that the terrace is facing north, which means that there's no sun on the terrace until around 15:00-16:00 in the afternoon. In winter it is a perfect location for observing the aurora borealis because there is almost no light pollution nearby. Mind you, the lack of outdoor lighting nearby might also be considered a drawback if you're used to well-lit city streets. We ourselves have learnt to embrace these surroundings, and mostly use headlamps when we're outside during the winter. We also have headlights to borrow :) Guest access Please feel free to use the terrace and garden in front of the apartment. If you have kids, they can use our children's swingset and trampoline. If you need to borrow equipment like e.g. bikes, a barbeque or a high pressure car washer, just let us know. We can't promise anything, but we'll do our best to accomodate you :) Other things to note The TV has no linear TV subscription. Instead we have connected a Chromecast so that you can use your own streaming services from your phone or tablet. We have a male dog which often sits outside by the house. He is very friendly, but often barks when people come to the house. We will not allow him to bark extensively, though.
