A lovely 2 bed first floor apartment on the stunning Condado de Alhama resort. An ideal place for families, couples, golf societies to come and relax. The apartment is well equipped with the communal pool only a few yards away and boasting a large private roof terrace. The resort has a number of bars and restaurants, a supermarket which is open 7 days and a golf course which has been designed by Jack Nicklaus. Puerto de Mazarron with its stunning beach is only a 15 minute drive away. The space The apartment is in a great position on the resort in Jardin 9, overlooking the swimming pool and within a short walk of the facilities available on site. Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment as well as a spacious private roof terrace. Other things to note The air conditioning units are on a card meter but a 10 euro card is included in the price of your stay which will cover a weeks stay under normal use. If any additional cards are required they are available from our Keyholder. Wristbands must be worn in the pool area at all times, these will be in the apartment on your arrival. Please ensure they are left on the dining table upon departure, if not the cost of new wristbands will be deducted from your deposit.
