Barn in the heart of a picturesque village.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub. The space We live in the main house with our 2 young boys and the barn is a separate annexe with its own front door and allocated parking. The barn is set in what is very much a family home and garden but guests always comment on how private the accommodation is. Guest access Our large garden can be accessed by guests in the barn. The hot tub is in a private location within the garden and is for barn guest use at anytime. We suggest you bring your own towels for the hot tub. We do provide bath towels for use in the barn.
