Barn in the heart of a picturesque village.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden with own outside dining area. The space We live in the main house with our 2 boys. The barn is a separate annexe with its own front door and allocated parking. The barn is set in our family garden, which we use from time to time, but once you are in the Airbnb property, it is 100% private. Guest access Our large garden can be accessed by guests in the barn. The hot tub is in a more private location within the garden and is for barn guests' use at any time. We suggest you bring your own towels for the hot tub. We do provide bath towels for use in the barn. Other things to note We think it’s important to point out the garden is shared. Whilst the hot tub is in a more private area we may wander past to put the chicken to bed. in colder months you will barely see us!
