No street parking per county ordinance. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. Other things to Note: * Renters must be 25+ * This is a non-smoking home. * Pets are not allowed at this home. * Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 guests ages 6 and up. * Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access. * Your safety matters. This property ,may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
