Children are accepted, but be careful because there is a river. Their supervision remains the responsibility of the guests. The municipal pool is open all summer. You will find all the comforts of a warm home and can enjoy the charm of the Charentais landscapes, while being close to local shops, markets and 25 minutes from Angoulême by car Guest access The property has an entrance, a large living area with a living room, a dining area as well as a fully equipped American kitchen (electric hobs, oven, microwave, American refrigerator, bar, dishwasher) and a laundry room with washer and dryer. 2 double bedrooms: 1 with dressing room, bathroom and toilet, 1 with shower room, a 2nd toilet located near the entrance. Private garden accessible all year round and offered in summer with table, parasols, chairs and two deckchairs. Other things to note Possibility to add a 140 cm bed in the living room on request No dogs allowed. For babies we have 2 umbrella beds, 1 high chair, 1 stroller, 2 booster seats and 1 changing table. On the other hand, for safety reasons, we cannot accept young children who can walk but cannot yet swim, due to the proximity of the river within the estate. Guests sleeping in 1 room (1 or 2 people) have access to the whole house, except the 2nd bedroom.
