The Elfert vacation home is a detached cottage in an idyllic location for up to 8 people. On the terrace you can end the day in peace and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evening. The sauna can of course be used for a fee. Other things to note The "Elfert" vacation home with old apple trees in Heiligendamm is suitable for up to 8 people and a baby. The approx. 166 m² house on the 1500 m² plot runs over three floors. The furnished 52 m² terrace facing south and the large garden with barbecue invite you to relax outdoors. The house has a combined living and dining area, a kitchenette, four bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet, a bathtub with whirlpool, a sauna and a utility room. Free Wi-Fi (without guarantee) is also available in the property. It's about 500 meters to the beach. In the open-plan living area, three modern sofas and a fireplace invite you to cozy, shared hours in front of the flat-screen TV. For further entertainment, a radio and a Blu-ray player are at your disposal. The dining area overlooking the terrace is integrated into the spacious living area and offers you plenty of space for shared meals. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking island with ceramic hob (4 cooking zones), oven, dishwasher, steamer and fridge-freezer. A toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker complete the facilities. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm). For your holiday luggage you can use the spacious wardrobes. The 2nd floor of the vacation home is equipped with a hallway and two bedrooms, each with two single beds (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm) and a dresser. The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bathtub and a shower. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a sauna (fee €7.50 for 2 hours), a bathtub with whirlpool and a shower. For the little ones, a high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge. Laminate and tiles were laid throughout the property. This is a non-smoking home. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted. There are 4 outdoor parking spaces available for your cars. For arrival by motorcycle, there are 2 separate parking spaces. You can wash your vacation laundry in the washing machine in the laundry room and dry it in the dryer. A barbecue is also available for use in the garden. On the side of the house is a self-contained apartment of the owner, which may be occupied at the same time by the owners of the house. Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water and heating costs. Linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without covers).
