Naturidyll on the edge of the forest - family-friendly+quiet

The Villa Weltenbummler is very quiet on the edge of the forest and is designed for up to 10 people. The large, natural garden offers a terrace with seating and barbecue as well as a second terrace with wood-heated hot tub for 8-10 people (usable in the frost-free period of approx. April to October). The house offers 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 4 parking spaces directly at the house. Hiking trails right outside the front door, adventure pool in the village, spa park as well as Falkenhof and Märchengrund within walking distance The space Villa Weltenbummler is located right on the edge of the forest of Bad Sachsa near the spa park and tennis courts. The house has been lovingly renovated and decorated with souvenirs from many countries around the world. Layout: On the ground floor of the house there are living and dining rooms as well as the kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with shower and toilet as well as three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The third bedroom features twin beds. A steep staircase leads to the cozy attic. In this large, wood-paneled room there are four single beds. Since children especially love this room, we have also equipped it with children's books. The house is very quiet and almost in a secluded location. Our guests enjoy the rustling of the trees in the wind, the silence and the fresh air of the Harz. Villa Weltenbummler also has two outdoor terraces: one with barbecue facilities and a second with a wood-heated hot tub for 8-10 people (usable in the frost-free period of approx. April to October, depending on the outside temperature). Attention: the access to the house is on the last 100 m via a gravel forest path! There are four parking spaces at the house. In the case of fresh snow, the house is only accessible with appropriate winter tires! However, there is parking on the tar road. Please also note that the city of Bad Sachsa charges a spa fee per night for adults and young people aged 13 and over. This is payable at the arrival and will be forwarded by us to the city. Other things to note In winter, two sleds are available for our guests. Other ski equipment can be rented in the village. In summer, the tennis courts 100 m away can be used. Talk to us if you want to make use of this option. One hour of tennis court use costs €10.00. In the summer you can of course also relax on the terrace, barbecue or simply enjoy the starry sky. In the house there are well-stocked bookshelves and board games for those who want to take it easy. A local tourist tax of €2.60/night is payable on site for adults and €1.30/night for young people aged 12 and over. The visitor's tax is then forwarded by us to the city treasury.
