The space In winter, snuggle up by the crackling log burner, with December bringing festive Christmas decorations that make the cabin feel extra magical and inviting. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland escape, the lovely village of East Hoathly is just a short drive away, offering a cosy café, village shop, and a friendly local pub to explore. Inside Our Enchanted Hideaway: Step into our Little Cabin, a rustic, light-filled retreat designed for couples. The handmade log bed is a cozy centerpiece for mornings together, while the breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen make creating meals a pleasure. Freshen up in the spacious walk-in shower, WC, and sink - towels provided. We’ve recently upgraded to Starlink WiFi, significantly improving the speed and reliability of our internet connection. Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a small fee, subject to availability. Winter stays made cosy: During the colder months from October to May, you can enjoy a Winter Cabin Pack of hand-chopped logs, kindling and firelighters from our own woodland, all prepared and ready for your burner on arrival. For £10, the pack includes an additional basket of logs for your stay if needed, helping ensure a warm and welcoming cabin experience. Other things to note A Note on Location & Privacy While our cabin is tucked in tranquil, ancient woodland, we are fairly close to the A22 which is fantastic for accessing all the excellent locations and activities around us. While many of our guests find the cabin peaceful, at times you may notice passing traffic and bike noise, including early morning hours. Please read our many reviews, this will give you a good idea of what our guests have experienced. We’ve also added a stunning new houseboat to our site, just 40m from the cabin. Each space is designed with privacy in mind.
