House by the sea

Our holiday home is located on the beach of Naoussa (Aosa), in Kythnos, on a 1-stremma (1,000 m²) plot. It is an air-conditioned 60 sq. m. residence, just a few steps from the sea. It has a living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two courtyards on different levels. In the upper courtyard, there is a pergola with a 2-plank wooden awning and a wonderful view of the sea. Access is via a private road. It has a private parking space and aluminum frames with screens on all openings. The space The house is on the beach of Naoussa, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, famous for its sand lilies in August, in a bay that is quite sheltered from the wind, where you can moor your boat. The port (Merichas) is 15 minutes away by car, while Chora (the capital) with shops and entertainment facilities (cafes, restaurants, etc.) is only 10 minutes away. Guest access Access is very easy! It is 11 km by asphalt road from Merichas (main port) and only 6 km from the Chora of the island. The residence has a private access road and a covered parking space. Other things to note The house is fully air-conditioned with 3 Air Continions. There is unlimited and free Wifi in all areas of the house.
