House by the sea

Our holiday home is located on a 1-acre plot, on the beach of Naoussa (or Aosa), Kythnos. It is an air-conditioned house, within walking distance of the beach, with an area of 60 sq.m. The house consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with two courtyards on two levels. In the elevated courtyard, there is a pergola with a wooden 2plank shade for dense shade and cool hours of reverie on the terrace, against the backdrop of the unparalleled beauty of the sea. The space The house is on the beach of Naoussa, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, famous for its sand lilies in August, in a bay that is quite sheltered from the wind, where you can moor your boat. The port (Merichas) is 15 minutes away by car, while Chora (the capital) with shops and entertainment facilities (cafes, restaurants, etc.) is only 10 minutes away. Guest access Access is very easy! It is 11 km by asphalt road from Merichas (main port) and only 6 km from the Chora of the island. The residence has a private access road and a covered parking space. Other things to note The house is fully air-conditioned with 3 Air Continions. There is unlimited and free Wifi in all areas of the house.
