However, there is a refrigerator, (small) TV, radio, and electric light, sockets 230 volts. In spring and autumn when it's bad weather for days, there might be a power pass. Although this has never been the case, the solar system was newly built in June 2019 and very generously sized. This note is for completeness and as a precaution. The shower is located on a small annex, about 3 m next to the cabin and is protected from view, but simple. Robinson feeling easy :-) Hot water is also available in the shower. Unique living in the middle of the natural reserve, directly in the water. Wake up to Reed and Lake Reed. For breakfast on the terrace, maybe a few ducks come by. Unique nature feeling. There are bakers, groceries, cafe, restaurant, bush taverns, ... With barriers locked parking space for the accommodation (for 1 CAR). The pile building has a floor area of about 45 m2 and is located on a plateau of about 100 m2. Due to the "tent shape" there are many sloping ceilings, i.e. the real usable area in the house is small, but life always takes place with the sliding door open, so that the terrace also "becomes the living room". There is only 1 room, all 5 beds are located in this room: a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, a double bed (slatted frame with mattresses, for space reasons no complete bed with legs and head) directly under the roof and can only be reached with a ladder. This bed is therefore not recommended for young children or persons with limited mobility. A simple rowing boat with a small electric additional motor is available and is available for free. Guest access A small, simple rowing boat with electric extra motor (for about 5 people at quiet lake, otherwise less) is available and "anchors" right in front of the house. It's not a racing boat, but it's nice to drive out of the lake in the sunset and snuggle a little around the lake. Fishing equipment (3 rods, fishing card can be bought in the village). Gas grill. There is only 1 room, all 5 beds are located in this room: a double bed (with the unusual size 190 x 150, but back in the 70s/80s ALL cabins were built in this way) and a single bed (sofa, 3 m x 1.20 m) on the ground floor, a double bed (slatted frame with mattresses) directly under the roof and can only be reached with a steep ladder, for small children or people with limited mobility, the upper bed is therefore not recommended, but highly popular with children from 8 or 10 because it reminds of a tree house. The house stands on lake ground, which I rented from the free city of Rust. The water supply and sewerage system is switched off from the city of Rust if there is a risk of frost. Therefore, the house is only habitable about from the beginning/middle of April and only until about the end of October (sometimes until mid Nov.). Therefore, I cannot guarantee that the house will be habitable during these margins and am therefore not subject to a replacement if it is not possible to stay there. Conversely, as my guest, you are also entitled to a free cancellation if the city of Rust drains the water due to the risk of frost. Of course. But for the sake of completeness, it should be mentioned.
