Complete 4-person home. We renovated this home downstairs at the beginning of 2021 & everything upstairs in January 2022. Come and enjoy our home. Within walking distance of the beach & sea! Westkapelle is located on the westernmost point of Walcheren. Surrounded by sea & beaches.. Domburg & Zoutelande are about 5 to 6 km from here. Nice to visit the towns on foot or by bike. Middelburg is the cultural capital, the picturesque town of Veere or the maritime city of Vlissingen. The space The house is located in the old part of Westkapelle, one street behind the sea wall. Within walking distance of the center, beach, forest & sea. Upon arrival you have free parking next to the house. You have your own front door as a gate to enter the garden. The house was completely renovated in '21 / '22. You have a separate sitting and dining area. Cozy sitting area with smart TV & lounge sofa. Spacious dining area with 6-person dining table (high chair can be added), original bunker cupboard from 1942 that was in a bunker in Westkapelle. Trendy kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Senseo, fridge, freezer, lovely underfloor heating & patio doors. Modern bathroom with toilet, rain shower & underfloor heating. The garden has a garden set, parasol. Fully fenced. Upper floor 2-person box spring, 2 1-person box springs, cot, stair gate, washing machine & dryer, sink. There are 3 smoke detectors, 1 carbon monoxide detector & fire blanket. 2 Pets are allowed. No access to the upper floor, couch & chairs. If your pet stays home alone, please put it in a cage! We rent from April to the end of September only per week, Friday-Friday. !!!!
