Relax in your private hot tub, cuddle up for movies on the streaming apps, play guitar, enjoy a fire on your patio, or take a short 12 min drive downtown! Golf at nearby Prairie Green! 2 min away! Age 24 years & up only. 2 guests max. Inquire for other dates as we may open the calendar! The space We can occasionally accommodate extra days beyond the calendar. This is our primary residence but we have some flexibility in where we work and live. We have eBikes you can use after signing a waiver. There are paddle ball rackets and balls so make plans to find a court! We provide lawn chairs if you'd like to take them to the Levitt for a free concert or on a picnic anywhere! The hot tub is always ready for you to enjoy a relaxing time. We recommend a bottle of wine and the unbreakable glasses to enjoy the starry night. If you've never had an iced coffee for sunny morning in a hot tub, we recommend it! The easy walk to Look's Marketplace has a great menu and lots of microbrews, cocktails, and wine. We have a map printed for you so you can take the shortcut through the neighborhood and under the busy 69th street tunnel. The cozy bedroom, kitchen, office and living areas will be available yours while we are away. The kitchen is fully stocked as this is our primary home. Space is available for you in the refrigerator and pantry cupboard. Coffee and sugar free flavors are provided as well as half and half. Spices and condiments are also available in moderation. Pressure cooker/instant pot/sous vide, grill, and most kitchen Just FYI - Check-out instructions will request you do some prep work, e.g. dishwasher loaded and started and garbage empty. . In the summer you can enjoy a covered patio with outdoor TV on the north side of the house. It has screens you can close to get away from bugs or enjoy a propane fire. Please Note *No more than adult 2 guests - plus one infant or child (pack & play available). *No parties or events hosted here. No smoking or vaping indoors. No non-registered guests on site without prior permission. Guest access You'll have our entire twin-home to yourself, except the master suite, which will be locked. The garage stall may have one of our vehicles inside, but the other side will be available for you. We will not be on site. Our kitchen is stocked for our liking. Please use the condiments and spices, but if you use the last of something, let us know so we can shop for it. Our house has some smart home accessories but you can unplug them if you prefer. We will provide coffee and sugar-free syrup flavors and half a half for you, too. We will be available by phone/text, but we will not be on site. No parties. 2 guests only with the exception of an infant. Other things to note We face south-south-west and in the winter the sunlight streams in the front window! Our twin home looks a lot like everyone around us so take care to memorize our house number and note the small clump birch tree and large pot in the front of the house. Our driveway is diagonal (be careful when backing and avoid the lawns) and our twin home is in a cul de sac so you have easy access and room to park without an issue. We will leave a garage door opener for you to park inside!
