Cycladic House with view, and a private beach

This house is rather different from the normal style on this particular island of Kea. It is rather up market, both in taste and style.You will be inspired by the continued enchanting feeling that one is living right next to a private sandy beach ! The space It is a comfortable house that gives very much the incentive to comfort or laziness, with verandas, hammocks and balconies at the front that seem to be one with the sea, and a surrounding private garden of about 250 sq. m. Enjoy the one and only sunset lying on your garden sofa and we promise an unforgettable experience.
The house is in three levels. One sitting room with a fireplace. A kitchen with all facilities: dish-washer, oven, fridge, freezer etc. and an en suite dinning room. There are two bedrooms with double beds, an sofa-bed at the living room and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and the sitting room provide full air-condition and heat if necessary. There is a washing machine, music at hand for all mood! Enjoy the heat in a hammock with a perfect view over the sea. Furthermore, in about 100m away there is a route that will guide you to the sandy private beach where you can fish and swim. In about 2km away there is an organized beach, called "Xyla" (a long sandy beach that is famous as undoubtedly the island s best beach). Near the house there are routes that will guide you at all various locations of the island. Other things to note The beach is wonderful, crystal clear water on your feet!!
