Spacious combined living/bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, children's room, and washing machine. Up to 3 people can stay overnight in the apartment. Wi-Fi, TV, and parking are provided. A supermarket, bakery, and market square are all within easy reach. From May 2026, it will be possible to visit a restaurant in the park offering regional cuisine and outdoor dining. The space Historic Baroque building with high ceilings, wooden floorboards in the living-dining area and tiles in the remaining rooms. High double box windows with partially historic doors and fittings. New modern gas heating, new kitchen with quality equipment and new, barrier-free bathroom with rain shower. An outdoor seating area with a small table and two folding chairs is also available. Guest access The apartment is fully available. Other things to note Many great activities can easily be started from our property. Thus, the local bike path, the European long-distance hiking trail, castle ruins, rock landscape, or a large outdoor pool in the vicinity. The Kyrburg with the famous whiskey museum and a private brewery are located within the city. The rock church Idar-Oberstein is 18 km away. The former Disibodenberg Monastery (Hildegard v. Bingen) is 20 km away. Bad Sobernheim, the barefoot path and open-air museum are also 20 km away. The disused copper mine "Fischbach" and the disused slate mine "Bundenbach" are each only 15 km away. Bad Kreuznach can be reached in 35 km. Mainz, Saarbrücken, Trier or Koblenz are approx. 1 hour by car. The train station is about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
