The Annex, Hamble House

Our place is close to the A12 for access to the Suffolk coast, the beautiful Rendelsham and Tunstall Forests, market towns such as Framlingham and Woodbridge, endless outdoor activities and coastal/country walks & cycling, and historical sites such as Orford/Framlingham Castle.. You’ll love our place because of the views, the peaceful location, the cosy accommodation and the beautiful gardens.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families. The space The Annex is a self-contained single story home. It has a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, microwave and fridge. The sitting room/dining area is light and spacious with double doors opening onto a patio where you can BBQ and eat outside. There is a double sofa bed in this room which is suitable for children or a single adult (a bit tight for 2 adults!) There is a spacious double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom with a powerful shower, sink and toilet. We have a travel cot and baby bedding available, and two blow up camping beds, with sleeping bags. Both beds come with sheets, pillows and towels. Guest access The Annex has it's own entrance, separate from the main house. Guests can use the patio and small fenced garden off the double doors. Other things to note There is a large garden surrounding The Annex which belongs to us - we would like to keep this area private and not allow guests or their pets to use it during their stay.
