The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house very close to Speckenbütteler Park in a very quiet, good residential area in the north of Bremerhaven. Bus stops, various shops, post office, gas station and savings bank are within walking distance. 2 bicycles can also be provided as needed. The space The apartment is continuously being renovated.
