This beautiful house consists of 4 bedrooms, so it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is situated on a plot of 1000m2, offering private parking for 3 cars and a fully fenced garden. In the rear part of the garden, there is a private pool of 25 m2 where you can relax and enjoy on new loungers and umbrellas, and nearby is a grill house with a dining table and a barbecue. For kids there is also a trampoline for fun. You can continue enjoying the outdoor area on covered terrace as well as the lounge area located on the lower floor by the pool. From there, you have direct access to the renovated space with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with an indoor fireplace and a bathroom. On the upper floor of the house, there are 4 bedrooms, one of which has twin beds while the others have queen-size beds with new comfortable mattresses. There is a bathroom, an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a terrace with a panoramic view. The house is located in the small beautiful village of Kaštel, near the town of Buje, which enchants with its small streets and beautiful vineyards and olive groves that surround it. The house is in an excellent position from which you can easily reach and explore nearby beaches and beautiful cities such as Umag, Novigrad, Rovinj, as well as the interior of Istria and cities such as Motovun, Grožnjan, and Hum (the smallest town in the world). If you decide to visit nearby countries, the Slovenian coast is only 10 km away, and by boat from Istria, you can visit beautiful Venice (Italy). If you want some fun, near Novigrad, there is the Aquapark Istralandia, suitable for adults and children. The highlights of the water park include various water slides, including a free-fall slide and a family rafting slide. Istria also offers many gastronomic experiences, so you can try local wine, homemade olive oil, taste truffles, and many other delicacies in nearby restaurants recommended by the host.
