This beautiful holiday home with swimming-pool is located in the hinterland of Split, the metropolitan city of Dalmatia. It is tastefully furnished and offers you a pleasant stay. Enjoy the idyllic area and the wonderful view of the mountain Mosor, which separates you from the sea coast. Spend your time on the roofed terrace at the back side with summer kitchen or on the lawn with swimming-pool. The historical city of Split is reachable in only about 10 minutes by car. The space Villa Sofia is set independently within it`s own lawned garden (1.100m2) and large swimming pool,(30m2 ), amongst peaceful countryside, nestled between a quiet idyllic green hills which offers a chance to relax and connect with nature. For those who want to be always on the move, the surrounding countryside provides a great venue for hiking and biking. Villa itself has a two wings separated with summer kitchen, each wing is completely independent, fully air- conditioned, completely equipped with all amenities you might need during your holiday, all together can accommodate 13 people (11+2). Summer kitchen is ideal for BBQ dinners „Al fressco“ and large familiy gathering. The right villa wing on the ground floor has bathroom, kitchen-dining-living area with direct aces to the terrace by the pool with lounge furniture. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each one with balcony and one bedroom for 3 person. The left wing on the ground floor has a kitchen, living area with double sofa bed, one bathroom and one double „en suite“ bedroom, ideal for disabled people. There is also a little gym and outdoor basketball playground. On the on the first floor there is a two single bed bedroom, and a playroom with amusement games ( PlayStation4...). From the play room you entering the two terraces, one with wooden floor and JACUZZI and other is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying a view on a sunset and idyllic green hills. Respecting villas site, each space here is positioned to share unique view of the pool and nature sights. There is a large parking space for more than 8 cars. Guest access Guests will have access to everything that is inside of the villa. Other things to note - We have four bikes for free ride, included prices...We have a garden that is accessible to all guests and free . In the garden we plant carrots , beets , tomatoes , lettuce , potatoes , peppers , cucumber, melons, figs...It depends on seasonal vegetables , do not use pesticides , only organic farming.
