The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house and it has its own entrance. There are two rooms, a living room-kitchen and a bedroom. Each of the rooms opens onto a large terrace. Part of the terrace in front of the living room-kitchen is shaded and protected from the wind and will be your dining room facing the Aegean sea! The other part will serve as a solarium or night sky observatory. In the living room-kitchen there is of course a kitchenette with 2 hotplates and fridge, a dining table, a TV and a sofa bed for two people. In the bedroom there are two single beds, or a double bed depending on your needs, an office table and a storage cupboard. The view towards the sea is breathtaking from two rooms. We will see the islands of Serifos, Sifnos when the sky is clear, the islet of Piperi and a piece of Kythnos. Guest access Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and it benefits from an independent entrance. You can park your car around the house, there is plenty of space. Other things to note Syros is an island that is located in the middle of the Cyclades southeast of Athens in the Aegean Sea. It covers almost 96km2. 22000 Syriotes live there. It is the administrative center of the Cyclades. The island is mountainous, formed by several hills between 300 and 440m for the highest. There are many beaches near the house including Agathopes; one of the most famous sandy beaches in Syros. Komito, 1 km away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. There is also the beach of Galissas, a little further away, close to many restaurants and shops. The sunset is very beautiful from this place. In the village of Finikas 2.5 km from the house you will find restaurants, a supermarket, a butcher's shop, a pharmacy and an ATM. 13Km away is the port and the town of Ermoupoli, very pleasant for walking or shopping.
