The space The Attic Room features one twin bed, a sofa, TV, mini-fridge, en-suite bathroom, and vanities.Located within the hotel, as our guest you will have full access to the pools and the jaccuzzi from the property. The maximum number of adults that the room can accomodate is one person. This room is located on the third floor and access to this room involves stairs. Please keep in mind that this property is Adults Only and must be 21 years old to register and 18 years old to stay on property. In other words, this is the perfect time for taking a break from the parenting life and enjoy your vacation! ▶▶▶ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: ⇢ Due to our location you can LITERALLY walk to everything, or you can consider renting the number one mode of transportation in Key West, which is bicycles. AND YES, WE HAVE THAT TOO! ⇢ Front Desk Hours: 7:00 AM-10:00 PM ⇢ If you are flying to Key West, you really don't need to rent a car or consider not renting a car, however, we do have limited PARKING on-site based on a first-come/first-serve basis for a small fee of $30 per day. Our friendly front desk can give you as well, alternative parking options nearby. ⇢ The Southernmost Inn is a boutique hotel, so yes, all of our rooms have their own bathrooms. ⇢ We know pets are sometimes part of your family, and we are sorry, but we do not allow pets at the property. A pet fee of $150 would be charged if pets are found on the premises! ⇢ An Amenity Fee of $39.99 (plus sales tax) per room/per day will be collected at the property on the day of arrival and is not included within the taxes and fees amount collected by Airbnb. ⇢ PARKING is limited, based on first come first serve basis, for an adittional fee of $30/day. ⇢ There is no traditional daily housekeeping service, but towels, linen, iron/ironing boards, and bathroom amenities can be delivered upon request, in a contactless manner, as well as retrieving any trash. ⇢ Our HAPPY HOUR is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, in the lobby. ⇢ We are offering FREE continental breakfast from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
