Kloosterstraat40 is a building with a rich history. In 1906 there was a monastery under construction. Zottegem's Sisters of Dominican made it their main monastery two years later. There was an orphanage, later a boarding school. The former monastery itself was restored and transformed into a center for education and training. Currently, anyone can stay in Kloosterstraat40 in one of more than 30 rooms.
