Our Cottage is a 92sqm semi-detached house located in a quiet gated community close to a big mall. The lounge is open-plan with a fully fitted kitchen with brand new appliances and leads onto a veranda covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. Guest toilet downstairs. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is fitted with 2 single beds, the other bedrooms (shared bathroom) are fitted with a queen-size bed (surcharge for 5. and 6. person). The space The very reasonable priced fully fitted townhouse with 3 bedrooms is located in a gated community with the best infrastructure around and in short distance to the Constantia Wine Route (3km) and Muizenberg Beach at the False Bay (8km). Guest access The entire house and the outside area (patio) are available to our guests for their sole use, as well as the two parking spaces in front of the house. There are no other rooms that could be used jointly. Other things to note Tokai, one of the southern suburbs of Cape Town, is located at the foot of the Constantia Valley with its world-famous wine route, centrally and easily accessible in the middle of the Cape Peninsula. Some well-known wineries are only a few minutes' drive away and important sights, e.g. "Cape of Good Hope" iare not far. You have your quiet and inexpensive home in the middle of the sights and culinary meeting points. So there is no need to live in the noisy and expensive City of Cape Town :-)!
