Not necessary, but will make your stay more comfortable! The space This home is built on top of a water tank that lies on the top of a mountain, at an altitude of 1300 meters and right in the heart of the Troodos mountain range. In clear weather, when the house is not encompassed by clouds, there is a 360 degree view of mountainous landscape, with the third highest peak in the island to the east (Papoutsa), the second highest peak to the north (Madari) and the highest peak to the west (Troodos). To the south you can see the town of Limasol and the coast of Akrotiri Bay. On the ground, to the side and front of the house, covering the top and face of the mountain are our Nashi orchards, where during spring the fruit trees are in full bloom and during summer you get to taste the best Nashi in the world! The layout is comprised of a cozy living room with a wood stove, a large TV and comfy couches (ideal for movie nights!) connected with a dining area and a small kithenette. Far down to the right there is master bedroom with two single beds, we tend to push them together, but feel free to move them as you wish!The master bedroom has an en suite shower and its own small living room with a TV and netflix. As you enter the house, to the left, there is a small bedroom with a single bed. Right above it there is a small attic with another two single beds, that’s accessed by a ladder in the dining/kithenette area. There are two bathrooms in the house, one in the master bedroom with a shower and one in the dining/kitchentter area, with a bathtub. The house is spacious, convenient and full of windows, ensuring tons of natural light coming in and all the breeze in the world! The house is surrounded by an overhanging porch that hangs above ground, supported by a steel frame that even extends beyond the tank. The surrounding porch offers plenty of room for dining, hanging out and even barbecuing. A foukou is also provided, (for barbecuing). The furniture and accessories were lovingly collected to make this home as comfortable and equipped as possible, for you to effortlessly enjoy this experience that we so much love to share!!
