Parking available. The space On the ground floor there is a terrace, living and sleeping area (couch, 1 double bed) with kitchenette & shower room. On the first floor is the gallery with 1 bed (80x200cm) and the passage (double door) into a bedroom with 2 single or 1 double bed (180x200cm) with access to the terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, TV and small couch and a shower bathroom. The upper terrace is very spacious and family friendly at the back of the building, covered and has a hanging chair where you can read comfortably or just relax. In the kitchen, in addition to the everyday equipment for preparing meals, coffee, various teas, and a basic set of spices, are in stock. For children, a 70 cm cot, high chair, changing mat, as well as children's dishes are available when desired if desired. The couch in the kitchen can also be used as a sofa bed. Stair gates available at the top and bottom, as is a large lockable gate on the front patio facing the street. For travel with friends or larger families it is possible to rent the entire holiday home building and combine the apartments (9 beds, sofa beds). Other things to note Under the pandemic conditions, there is unfortunately an impact on the availability of our holiday apartment as well as the possibilities of using restaurants and leisure facilities. We apply all proposed hygiene measures (cleaning protocol) , the apartments in the building are separate, so that distances are easy to maintain.
