This farm apt is nestled behind a wrought iron fence next to a beautiful and peaceful grassy area and some large swings. We are just 3 miles west Hwy of 99 and 6 miles from Fresno. It’s a perfect spot for a Yosemite or Sequoias National Park stop. We grow grapes and can give a tour of our small farm if time permits. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We charge $25 per night for surprise guests. The space The cottage has a main room with a king-size bed, a dresser, nightstands, and a sitting area. It leads into the kitchen room, which has a table and barstools, a kitchenette with a stove and fridge, and a hide-a-bed couch for extra space. The main room leads to the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a full bathroom. The cottage is attached to a house that is used for events. All exits to the cottage are private and locked. In the summer, you can enjoy the chorus of frogs, the sound of the canal filled with water, and the clear, starry night skies. The vineyards produce grapes from the end of July to November, and are available for tours or sampling while you visit. In the summer months, figs grow on the property. In the wintertime, the property has pomegranates (November-December), and some citrus trees. The property has a large grassy area, swings made from telephone poles, and canals that can be walked on for miles in each direction. It is a beautiful place to rest. Guest access This is a gated property with private walkway to the entrance. Other things to note We do host weddings for our friends and family, so there may be wedding festivities on the weekends. We try to have quiet hours from 10:00 pm-9:00 am
