Comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room with elegant furniture. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single 105x200cm beds and an en-suite walk-in shower. Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a bathroom, double basins and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size bed with a breathtaking sea view. The property is also equipped with an automated dehumidifier system that filters the air and regulates ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has comfortable sofas with a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (Sky included) from all over the world plus films and series. There is a covered indoor patio/terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with four sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and it is a mix of sand and pebbles and practically private. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. This property is highly recommended for your holiday.
