2 Cosy Rooms in Great House

This is our family home. It is not a whole home rent. This is comfy rooms for a night or two stay with no self-catering facilities. Rottingdean is a 10 minute bus ride away from the centre of Brighton and 30 minutes by car from Gatwick. Newhaven ferry is a 30 minute drive from us. If you want to see the city but want to stay in the relative peace of a lively and historic village this place is for you. The space Our home has a quiet, secluded, large garden where you can sit for breakfast on sunny days or look out over on less clement days. The attic guest rooms have sloping ceilings, have double beds, are well lit, warm and sunny through velux windows. There are no other rooms on this floor apart from the shower room for your sole use. We would provide toast, coffee, tea, fruit and yogurts for breakfast in our family dining space. Please note there are no cooking facilities available. Guest access You can use the bedrooms on the evening and night of your stay, these are the only rooms on the first floor. You can use our dining room for the breakfast we provide. If it's warm and sunny you can go into the garden for breakfast. The rest of the house is for our own use. There are no cooking facilities available. Thank you. During your stay I am available on messaging through the Air bnb app or on my mobile phone, listed on the website. Other things to note We are also very close to the two universities in Brighton (Sussex University and Brighton University). So if you have students to drop off or visit or pick up we can be your overnight accommodation.
